Accessible Sign Design

We put our expertise and experience to use in our signs. And like anything, the difference is in the details:

picture of a sign with accessibility features labeled

  1. Clear acrylic substrate with a non-glare finish for maximum readability. Durable, vandal-resistant subsurface color.
  2. Visual-only text is subsurface for durability and uses upper and lower case letters.
  3. Tactile text has a beveled edge for easier reading, and to make it bold enough for easy visual reading.
  4. Correct Grade 2 Braille, using the Raster method for easy reading and clean looks.
  5. Tactile letters and Braille are at the bottom of the sign, where they're easy for tactile readers to find.
  6. Mounting options include tamper-resistant screws to make sure signs stay put.
